These Terms of Service govern your use of axisoperators.ai and the purchase of the AXIS Kit. By using this site or purchasing the AXIS Kit, you agree to these terms.
1. The Product
The AXIS Kit is a digital product consisting of documentation, operator references, prompt templates, and guidance for structured human-AI communication. It is delivered electronically upon purchase.
The Kit is provided for personal and professional use. You may use the operators and materials in your own work, products, and workflows. You may not resell or redistribute the Kit itself.
Use of the AXIS operators is entirely at the user's discretion. They may be deactivated at any time by instructing the AI system to disregard the protocol. AXIS has no persistent effect beyond what an AI system holds in its active context.
2. Purchases
All purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
3. Refunds
The AXIS Kit is a digital product. All sales are final. No refunds are offered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at access@axisoperators.ai and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
The AXIS protocol, operators, documentation, and all content on axisoperators.ai are the intellectual property of Stoa Lab, LLC. The plain-text operators themselves (the nine symbols and their meanings) are freely usable. The Kit content, documentation, and written materials remain proprietary.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The AXIS Kit is provided "as is." Stoa Lab, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Kit's fitness for any particular purpose or the results you will achieve using it. Use is at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stoa Lab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AXIS Kit or this website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply where required by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
